Roll your own Dragon class

Join inamo's head sushi chef and learn the secret to rolling your very own Dragon Roll! It’s a diner favourite, and now you can master it too, guided by our sushi experts. In this 45-minute class, you will also learn how to make a second roll specially created for the class. Our Red Dragon Roll which is the vegan sibling to our Dragon Roll will be available for our vegetarian & vegan guests. You can then feast for 90 minutes on an award winning unlimited Asian tapas and sushi menu, with a selection of over 30 dishes to choose from, all accompanied with free-flowing Stelle D’Italia Prosecco, South African white or red wine from boutique producer Meinert, or premium Asahi beer.
